Our targeted efforts in Eswatini promoting male circumcision among adolescent boys and young men have played a major role in reducing new HIV infections by over 70%, currently at around 4,000 cases annually. By integrating circumcision services with school-based extracurricular activities such as sports, we have boosted health outcomes and school engagement. These results significantly contribute to the national goal of ending the HIV epidemic by 2030, demonstrating our strong commitment to youth empowerment and epidemic control.

As an organization, we prioritize meaningful team-building experiences to enhance communication, collaboration, trust, morale, and social connection. Years of project implementation have taught us that mental health is crucial for both staff well-being and performance.
